Weekly Maintenance (Up to 40K Gallons) -

$120.00 / week

What’s Included:

• (1) One technician visit per week

• Clean debris from pool deck (grass, leaves, etc.)

• Vacuum pool

• Skim surface of water

• Brush / Clean tile line

• Clean out pump and skimmer baskets

• Backwash / clean filter when necessary

• Test and balance pool water (chemicals included**)

• Inspect filtration, circulation, sanitizing and heating systems for leaks or needed repairs

Bi-Weekly Maintenance (Up to 40K Gallons) - 

$150.00 / every other week

**Chemicals used to balance pool water are included (i.e. chemicals to adjust Chlorine levels, pH, Alkalinity, Hardness and Cyanuric Acid). Specialty chemicals, such as Salt, Algaecides, Stain & Scale Treatments and Metal-Out Treatments are not included.
