Inground Pool Openings

2025 Spring Opening Prices:

Inground Pool - $400.00

Inground Pool > 40K Gallons - $475.00

What’s Included:

• Removal of safety cover

• Fold and bag the cover (cover will be placed in designated area for summer storage)

• De-winterize the circulation, filtration, and heating systems and assemble as necessary

• De-winterize the pool plumbing, remove plugs and install skimmer baskets and directional fittings

• Ensure ladder(s), handrail(s), diving boards, etc. are installed where applicable

• Add initial shock to pool water (up to 4 lbs.)

• Pools will be vacuumed on day of opening for up to 1 hour (contingent upon water clarity)

  • Return trip fee of $95.00 / hour* will be charged for vacuuming after water clears

What’s "Not" Included:

• Pump off water / remove debris (leaves) from tarp style solid pool covers with water bags (add $150.00)

• Removing tarp style solid pool covers with water bags (add $75.00)

• In-floor cleaning systems (add $50.00)

• Inground spas sharing pool filtration system (add $50.00)

• Inground spas with independent filtration system (add $125.00)

• Waterfalls (add $50.00)

• While we will install salt cells – we do not balance water salinity

• Balancing chemicals – We “shock” the pool – additional chemicals are the responsibility of the customer.

*Labor rates are billed in half-hour increments after first full hour
