Inground Pool - $400.00

Inground Pool > 40K Gallons - $475.00

What’s Included:

• Install of safety cover

• Winterize the circulation, filtration, and heating systems and disassemble as necessary.

• Winterize the pool plumbing, install winter plugs and remove skimmer baskets and directional fittings.

• Remove ladder(s), handrail(s), diving boards, etc. where applicable.

• Add winter closing chemical kit to pool water. 

• Pools will be vacuumed and skimmed as needed on day of closing.

What’s "Not" Included:

• Tarp style solid pool covers with water bags (add $75.00)

• In-floor cleaning systems (add $50.00)

• Inground spas sharing pool filtration system (add $50.00)

• Inground spas with independent filtration system (add $125.00)

• Waterfalls (add $50.00)

• Salt cell cleaning (add $50.00)

• Balancing chemicals – We “shock” the pool – additional chemicals are the responsibility of the customer.
